      How do I activate or deactivate a user in Prostream?

      Activating users


      Go to My Overview and go to Users and groups. Now, there are two options:
      • If the user has already been added to Prostream and is deactivated, then select him/her and click Activate. 
      • If the user is not yet added to Prostream, then add them first. The new user will then be automatically activated.




      Deactivating users

      Want to activate a user so he/she can participate in projects, tasks and more? Then follow the steps below:
      1. Go to My Overview;
      2. go to Users and groups;
      3. if the user has already been added to Prostream and is activated, select them and click Deactivate.
