How do I add a user to a task in Prostream?

By adding a user to a task in Prostream, you're assigning the task to them. They will be notified of this by email.

Adding users to a new task

First, navigate to the project to which the task belongs. In the left menu, go to Workflow. Click on New Task. In the menu on the right, enter the name of the task, and optionally the description and due date. Under Participant, select the person who is responsible for the task. Click Save and you're done! 

Adding users to an existing tasks

First, navigate to the project to which the task belongs. In the left menu, go to Workflow and select the task you want to edit. Click on the three dots on the right side of the task bar to edit the task. Under Participant, you can select a new participant who is now responsible for the task.
