Sometimes you need to make an adjustment to one of your tasks in Prostream.
Properties
First, navigate to the right project and select Workflow in the menu on the left. Next, select the task you want to edit and click on the three dots on the right side of the task bar. Select Edit. The details of the task will now become visible and you can change title, description, date, status, participant and type.
Deliverables
In addition to the general properties of the task, you can also add deliverables, such as delivery documents. A deliverable is a document that is expected in a specific location within the DMS. When a task contains a deliverable, you simply upload this document by dragging the file to the deliverable in the side menu.
Attachments
In the Attachments tab you can add any document from the DMS (Folders) that is relevant to the task at hand. Think for example of a briefing document, reports, drawings etc.
To finalize your alterations, click Save.
If you want to add a deliverable or attachment to a task, go to the documents of your project, select the document and click on Linked tasks in the menu on the right.
