How do I import a folder structure in Prostream?

Prostream offers the possibility to quickly create large quantities of folders based on an Excel (.xlsx) template.

In Prostream, it is possible to upload an .xlsx file, both at the main level and within a folder, containing the basis for a folder structure.

By choosing Import folder spreadsheet, you get an upload module where you select the relevant Excel file. Once the file is validated, the folders are created.

When importing, it is important to be aware of special characters such as commas, apostrophes, and slashes. If an import fails, there is a good chance that there is a special character in the template that is not allowed.
