Release #37
Remove versions
It is now possible to delete individual versions of a document. This deletes the specific version number and continues numbering from the deleted version. Versions are deleted by right-clicking on the version and choosing Delete version. This action is also recorded in the log of the document.
Example 1: a document has four versions: 1 to 4. Version 4 is deleted. If the user then uploads a new version, it will be numbered 5. The result is that the document now has versions 1, 2, 3 and 5.
Example 2: a document has four versions; 1 to 4. Version 3 will be removed. If the user then uploads a new version, it will be numbered 5. The result is that the document now has versions 1, 2, 4 and 5.
Example 3: a document has only one version. This single version will be removed. The result is that the document has zero versions, making it an expected document.
Log in with Single Sign On
Prostream now supports using Microsoft Azure AD to login. SSO is usable for users who already have a Prostream account. These users can now use Sign in with Microsoft to log in.
File type icon
The file type icon and the document name can now be used separately in a document folder. Previously, when it was chosen not to use the standard document name in a metadata set, the file type icon also automatically disappeared. Now this icon is also available separately.
Opening folders from a link
When you click on a link to a folder, for example from a smart folder or the search results, the folder now opens in the folder structure.
