Improvement: Rename status fields
In Prostream you finalize documents and can approve or reject them. These three labels can now be customized as desired, so that they better suit the needs of your project or organization. You set this under the settings of your project or organization under Files.
Improvement: Rights overview
In the rights overview you can now better see which rights a user has and whether he/she has obtained these rights through group rights or because the rights have been assigned to him/her individually. You can see which rights someone has via groups by hovering your mouse over the icon next to the drop-down menu.
Improvement: Copy documents
You can now copy documents in Prostream.
Issue resolved: Template fields
The fields in the templates were not displayed properly. This has been resolved.
Issue resolved: Loading expected document
When an expected document was opened, the document kept loading indefinitely. This has been resolved; the expected document loads as it should.
Issue resolved: Deleted documents
Due to a bug, those who uploaded a document could see the document even after it had been deleted. This has been resolved.
Issue resolved: Unable to download documents
We are working on adjusting the permissions in Prrostream. This could result in some environments still running according to the old model, and others already running according to the new model. When a user works according to one model in his own environment, but is connected as an external user to a project from an environment that works according to the other model, it could happen that he was unable to download documents. That has now been resolved.
