Prostream update - week 47

Release #63

Improvement: Show final permissions

With the Show final rights button in the rights overview you can see at a glance which rights someone does or does not have.

Improvement: Unlimited characters

The number of characters you could use in metadata fields was previously limited to 50. This is now an unlimited number of characters.

Correction: Commas

You can now also use commas in selection fields and status fields.

Improvement: User sorting

You can now sort all users by role in the rights overview. This brings together all users and all administrators.

Issue resolved: Metadata field

When uploading a new version of files, where you manually selected the old version, and then adjusted the metadata for an entire metadata field at once, that new value was not applied to those documents.

Issue resolved: No new version

If you are uploading a document, we will map it based on name or whether it was a new version of an existing document. If it wasn't, you couldn't change it. That is now possible.

Issue resolved: Document task without documents

When creating a document task, the documents were not always linked properly. This has been resolved, all document tasks now have a link to the document in question again.

Issue resolved: Navigating with arrows

You could no longer navigate with your arrows through the recent searches and then press enter. This didn't work properly at first, but it works again now. Select the search query by pressing enter.

Issue resolved: Share link with all project members

When you wanted to share a document via a link with all project members, you received an error. This has been resolved.

Issue resolved: Activity by deleted or deactivated user

You received an error message when the log contained an activity performed by a deleted or deactivated user. This has been resolved; you will now see the name of that user.

Issue resolved: Read permissions, no files

Users with a certain combination of read rights to documents temporarily did not see files due to a bug. This has been resolved.
