In the Documents tab of a selected procedure you will have several options for editing document(s).                        

1. Select the desired folder in the Navigation                            

2. Select the desired procedure in the Procedures overview.

3. Click the Documents tab.
4. Download and Open the document. More information can be found in 4.7 Downloading a single file.                    

5. Stamp the document. More information can be found in 4.9 Stamping files.                          

6. Stamp a QR-code on the document. More information can be found in 4.10 Stamping QR-codes.                     

7. Post a New comment on the document. More information can be found in 4.13 Commenting on files.8. Edit the selected document. More information can be found in 4.3 Editing files.                     

9. Publish the selected document.                             

10. Remove the draft of the document. More information can be found in 4.3.1 Remove draft.

11. Go to the folder of the document in the Projects module.                        

12. Give the document a Status. More information can be found in 4.11 Giving files a status.
