Open a document to see its content.
Opening a document can be done in different ways. You can download a document first and then open it on your desktop, laptop or mobile device. You can do this by checking the document and clicking on Download at the top of your screen. Or you can click the document and click the download button in the new screen.
To see a preview of the document, take the following steps:
- Move your mouse to the document you want to open.
- A pop-up will appear on the right, containing the properties of the document. You can download a document, delete it, share it, edit it, and so on.
You will also see some general information about the document and you can add the document as a deliverable or attachment to a task.
