You pay every month per direct debit.
Payment is done monthly by direct debit. To verify your account number once and to give Pro4all permission to debit money from your account, we ask you to pay € 0.01. You pay this with iDeal, credit card or SEPA.
We check the number of active users in your Prostream organization monthly. Based on this, we calculate your invoice amount, which is automatically debited from your account.
The first payment takes place when your free trial ends. You give authorization to collect the payment. So you immediately initiate a payment campaign, which gives us the right to debit the amount at the end of the month.
If the charge fails, we will try again the next day. We try five times in total. If the debit is not successful, your data will be frozen. As soon as we have received the payment, you can access your files again.
Cost
You pay Prostream per user. How much this costs depends on your license. At the end of each billing period, we count the number of active users in your organization and multiply this by the license amount. Regardless of your license, you can create an unlimited number of projects. Here you can compare the different packages.
Change Prostream license
Of course, your needs may change over time. You can change packages yourself in the settings of your organization.
If you choose a more extensive package, it will become active immediately. The payment at the end of the month will therefore settle your new monthly amount. If you choose a smaller package, first complete the current month with your current package. Your new package will then come into effect the following month.
