This article explains step-by-step how to log in to Prostream using Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure AD. Single Sign-On provides the convenience of a single login process for multiple applications, including Prostream.
To log in with Azure AD on Prostream, it may be necessary to complete a few configuration steps (once only). This depends on the settings within Azure AD. To check this, please contact the Azure AD administrator of your organization.
- Check the Azure AD settings. Note whether SSO is enabled for Prostream and whether approval from an Azure AD administrator is required. This step can usually only be performed by the Azure AD administrator.
- Is Azure AD admin approval required? Then contact the administrator to obtain permission.
Verify your Prostream account and Azure AD email address. This must be the same email address. - On the Prostream login page, choose Sign in with Microsoft.
- After this you will be redirected to the Azure AD login screen. Enter your Azure AD email address and password here. Click Sign In.
- Depending on Azure AD settings and approval requirements, you may be prompted to grant Prostream access to your Azure AD account. In that case, click Allow.
- If all settings are correct, you will then be forwarded to Prostream. You are now successfully logged in with SSO via Azure AD.
