Improvement: export
All Prostream overviews (such as search results and document overviews) can now be exported as an Excel or CSV file.
You can now also more easily export a selection of documents by selecting them in the search results or by selecting them in the collection folder. An Export button will then appear at the top right.
Issue resolved: saved search
A saved search did not always return the correct results the first time it was opened. This has been resolved, so you now immediately see results again when opening a saved search.
Issue resolved: Sharing smart and collection folders
Sharing a smart folder or the contents of a collection folder did not always go well. This has been resolved, so that all files are sent again when sharing the collection folder.
Issue resolved: File tagging
A bug caused that when you tagged a file, all files in that folder were given that same tag. This has been resolved.
Issue resolved: Date display
Due to a bug, Prostream displayed the date a file was uploaded in the US way. This has been resolved, the date is back to normal.
