New Feature: Deutsch & norsk
Prostream is now also available in German and Norwegian. You adjust these settings via your profile by clicking on your initials.
Improvement: Visible folders only
When you view the rights of a user as an administrator, you only see the folders to which that person has access. This way you see exactly what that person sees when he/she logs in.
Improvement: Share with how many people?
When you share a link via email with all project members, you will see a notification showing how many people the email will be sent to.
Improvement: Task data
When you open a task, you will now see the same information in the side panel as you see in the task overview.
Issue resolved: Mandatory metadata
When you uploaded a new version of a file into a folder with required metadata fields, you were not notified if these fields were not filled in. You will now receive this message.
Issue resolved: Date display
The data in Prostream was displayed in the American format (MM-DD-YY). This has been adjusted, with the months now being abbreviated, for example December 12, 2023.
Issue resolved: Long text
When you put a long text in a metadata field, this text was cut off in a strange way. This has been resolved.
Issue resolved: New version for
When you uploaded multiple files at the same time, you could choose the same existing file for all files under New version for in the upload screen. This has been resolved; this is no longer possible.
Issue fixed: Lock file while working on it
While someone was editing a file with Office, the file could still be finalized or approved. That is no longer possible.
Issue resolved: Invisible metadata
Due to a bug, not all metadata was always visible in the file overview or side panel. This has been resolved.
