Do you have any suggestions or ideas for Prostream? We'd love to hear it.
How can we make this program even better? Then we would love to hear about it. Through the lightbulb icon under the menu in the right top, you can let us know what you're thinking. Simply fill out the form and your idea will be added to our Prostream Idea Portal.
While writing your suggestion, please keep the following steps in mind:
- Write a clear description of what you're facing. Please include details and examples, so we can understand you as best as we can.
- Frequency: how often do you find yourself struggling with this issue? Is it a one-time issue or. something you encounter on regular basis?
- Proposed solution: how would you suggest we adapt or improve? Please describe how it. would improve your experience in Prostream.
- Indicate if other users (both from your company as well as other companies) would benefit from this feature or improvement. While we will carefully consider each request, we will prioritize those with the most significant impact on our users.
After you've made your suggestion, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as there's any updates on your suggestion, you'll receive an email as well, for example when we start to develop the feature or when your improvement goes live. If you don't want to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe from them.
