Why don't I receive emails from Prostream?
You're using Prostream, but don't receive emails when you're added to a project, get sent a link or when you should receive a notification.

The email address is wrong
Check for any typo's or spelling errors in the address and ask the sender to send the invite, link or notification again.
The inbox is full
When the storage space is exceeded, no more mail can be received. There are several solutions for this, depending on the exact problem.
Prostream is marked as spam
In this case, all emails from Prostream are suppressed and the mails end up in the Spam folder. How you can edit this, differs per provider.
If you're not authorized to check your providers' settings, the IT department of your company should be able to help you.
